To give a llama, or to watch an artist, you have to go to the very top of their profile page and on the bar that says "Profile"/"Gallery"/Favorite", at the very right of the bar, you'll see "+Watch"/"Send Note/"Give" . clicking on watch will allow you to keep an eye on the artist/writers work, and note will be a private message that only the artist can see and no one else, and the "give" feature is where the llama badges are ! Because your account is free, the only gift you can give is a llama .
